  4. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Process

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sheshock.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damaged item for our records.

We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
